These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products, including the Premium 5-in-1 Pet Grooming & Deshedding Kit with Travel Case. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing any GlowCoat Pro products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

GlowCoat Pro offers premium pet grooming products, including our Premium 5-in-1 Pet Grooming & Deshedding Kit with Travel Case. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of all products on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, information, or other content available on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of products available for purchase
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
  • Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information
  • Change or update product information at any time without prior notice

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or substitute product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed on our website at the time your order is placed, subject to the terms of any promotional offers.

We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Sales tax will be added to purchases as required by law. The total price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or problems identified by our credit verification systems.

4. Shipping

We ship the GlowCoat Pro Premium 5-in-1 Pet Grooming & Deshedding Kit with Travel Case to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from GlowCoat Pro pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for non-delivery or delivery to the wrong location. Address correction fees may apply if we are able to intercept and redirect your shipment.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GlowCoat Pro purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Premium 5-in-1 Pet Grooming & Deshedding Kit with Travel Case, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • The travel case and all components of the 5-in-1 kit must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided in Section 9. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is found to be defective within one year of purchase, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund at our discretion.

All content on the GlowCoat Pro website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of GlowCoat Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The GlowCoat Pro name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of GlowCoat Pro. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOWCOAT PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website or products
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
  • Any content obtained from our website
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any injuries or damage to persons or property, including injuries to pets, resulting from the use or misuse of our products

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOWCOAT PRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GLOWCOAT PRO FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Our products are designed for pet grooming purposes. You agree to use the GlowCoat Pro Premium 5-in-1 Pet Grooming & Deshedding Kit with Travel Case in accordance with provided instructions and for its intended purpose. We are not liable for any injury to you or your pet resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlowCoat Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our website or products
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Any misuse of our products or failure to follow provided instructions

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these Terms to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against GlowCoat Pro.

10. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlowCoat Pro regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of GlowCoat Pro to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
